Grayson's Dirtworks: Big Jobs Privacy
Effective date: July 1, 2026.
This Game Privacy Policy applies to current Jason Furr game pages and game builds unless a separate game-specific privacy policy is posted. Current game repositories are in development and do not currently include production accounts, analytics, advertising SDKs, in-app purchases, cloud save, multiplayer, location tracking, or social features.
Summary
The current game products are designed around data minimization. The current baseline is no direct personal information collection by the games, no accounts, no behavioral advertising, no analytics SDKs, no third-party ad networks, no in-app purchases, and no cloud save.
Information The Games Collect
Current development builds are not configured to collect personal information directly. They are not configured to request contact lists, precise location, microphone, camera, photos, or account credentials.
If a future version adds analytics, ads, purchases, cloud save, online features, crash reporting, player accounts, or other data collection, this policy must be updated before that version is released.
App Stores, Platforms, And Devices
If a game is distributed through an app store or platform, that platform may process information under its own terms and privacy policy. Examples can include download history, purchase records, device information, crash diagnostics, store account data, and platform security signals. Those platform practices are controlled by the platform, not by this policy.
Support Emails
If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, game title, and issue description. We use that information to respond to support requests, troubleshoot problems, maintain records, and improve the games.
Children
The current games are not directed to children under 13 unless a separate child-directed policy is posted. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the current game builds. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support or another channel, contact support@jasonfurr.com.
Advertising And Analytics
The current game baseline does not include advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data Retention
Because the current game baseline does not directly collect personal information, retention is generally limited to voluntary support correspondence and platform records held by app stores or device platforms. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, business, legal, and recordkeeping purposes.
Security
We use reasonable measures for game development and support operations. No software, platform, device, or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes
We may update this Game Privacy Policy when a game, feature, SDK, platform requirement, or data practice changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
