Grayson's Dirtworks: Big Jobs Terms

Effective date: July 1, 2026.

These Game Terms and End User License Agreement apply to current Jason Furr games unless a separate game-specific agreement is posted. By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing a game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

License

Subject to these terms and any applicable app store rules, Jason Furr grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the game for personal, noncommercial entertainment purposes.

Ownership

The games, including code, artwork, design, names, logos, audio, text, gameplay systems, and other content, are owned by Jason Furr or used with permission. The games are licensed, not sold.

Restrictions

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, bypass technical restrictions, exploit bugs, interfere with the game, use the game for unlawful purposes, or use the game in a way that violates applicable platform rules, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived.

Current Feature Baseline

Current game repositories and builds are in development. The current baseline does not include production accounts, analytics, advertising SDKs, in-app purchases, cloud save, multiplayer, user-generated content, or online services. If those features are added, the applicable terms and privacy policy should be updated before release.

App Store Terms

If you download a game through an app store or platform, that store or platform may have additional terms that apply to your download, purchase, refund, device, account, and use of the game. If these terms conflict with mandatory app store terms, the app store terms control only to the extent required by that platform.

Updates And Availability

Games may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Work-in-progress descriptions, devlogs, screenshots, roadmaps, or feature plans do not guarantee that a feature or game will be completed or released.

Disclaimers

The games are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jason Furr disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and compatibility with every device or platform.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jason Furr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, device issues, or business interruption arising from or related to a game.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate these terms. After termination, you must stop using the game and delete any copies in your possession, except where an app store or applicable law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Game Terms and End User License Agreement when games, features, stores, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
