Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: 2026-06-20 Last updated: 2026-06-20
Overview
These instructions explain how to request deletion of data associated with JasonFurr.com and how such requests are handled.
The public website at www.jasonfurr.com does not require accounts and, by default, does not collect personal data beyond the standard server and hosting logs described in our Privacy Policy. As a result, there is usually no stored account profile to delete for the public website itself.
Individual products (games and applications) may collect data and may publish their own product-specific data-deletion instructions. A product-specific deletion process takes precedence for that product. If your request concerns a specific product, please review that product's privacy policy and data-deletion page, or include the product name in your request so we can route it correctly.
What data exists
For the public website:
- No user accounts. The Site does not create accounts, so there is no account profile, login, or stored personal profile to delete.
- Server / hosting logs. Our hosting provider may automatically generate limited technical logs (for example, IP address, timestamp, requested page, and basic browser information) for reliability, security, and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for a limited operational period and then deleted or aggregated in the ordinary course.
- Email correspondence. If you have emailed us, we hold the contents of that correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and keep a reasonable record.
For products: the data that exists depends on the product. Each data-collecting product describes the categories of data it stores in its own privacy policy.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of data associated with you, email us at privacy@jasonfurr.com.
To help us locate and process your request, please include:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request."
- The product or service your request concerns (for example, the name of a game or application), or "public website" if it relates to the Site itself.
- An identifier that helps us locate any relevant data, such as the email address you used to contact us or any account or device identifier provided by a specific product. (The public website has no accounts, so an identifier is usually only relevant for product-specific requests.)
- A description of what you would like deleted.
We may need to contact you to confirm your request or to verify that you are the person entitled to make it, in order to protect against unauthorized or fraudulent deletion requests.
Response expectations
- Acknowledgment. We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving them.
- Completion. We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to verification and any technical or legal constraints.
- What we delete. We will delete or de-identify the data we hold that is within scope of your request, except where we are required or permitted to retain it (for example, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements).
- Third parties and platforms. Some data is controlled by third parties, such as app store platforms or hosting providers. Where data is held by those parties, you may also need to use their own deletion or account-management tools, and we will direct you accordingly where appropriate.
These timeframes are good-faith targets, not guarantees, and may vary based on the volume and complexity of requests and applicable legal requirements.
Scope
- The public website does not create user accounts, so most deletion requests for the Site itself relate only to email correspondence or to limited hosting logs that are deleted or aggregated automatically over time.
- Product-specific deletion applies per product. If a product collects data, its own privacy policy and data-deletion instructions describe exactly what data exists, how to request deletion, and how the request is handled. Those product-specific instructions control for that product.
