Overview

This page describes the privacy choices and rights available to you in connection with JasonFurr.com, and how to exercise them.

The public website at www.jasonfurr.com is designed around data minimization. It does not require accounts, does not run analytics, does not serve advertising, and does not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising. As explained in our Privacy Policy, the only data processed by default is the limited server and hosting log information necessary to deliver and protect the Site.

Because we collect so little data, there are correspondingly few choices to manage on the static site. Minimal data means minimal choices. The choices below are described for completeness and to support products that may collect more data and that publish their own privacy choices.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have some or all of the following rights. We honor applicable rights regardless of where you live to the extent we reasonably can:

Right to access / know. You can ask what personal data, if any, we hold about you and how it is used. For the public website, this is generally limited to any email correspondence you have sent us and limited hosting logs.
Right to deletion. You can ask us to delete data associated with you. See our Data Deletion Instructions for how to submit a request and what to expect.
Right to correction. You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal data we hold about you, where applicable.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so for the public website there is no sale or sharing to opt out of. If this ever changes, this page and our Privacy Policy will be updated first, and an opt-out mechanism will be provided.
Right to opt out of analytics / tracking. The public website does not run analytics or tracking by default, so there is nothing to opt out of. If analytics are added later, this page will describe how to opt out where applicable.
Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

How to exercise your choices

The choice or right you want to exercise (for example, access, deletion, or correction).
The product or service your request concerns, or "public website" if it relates to the Site itself.
Enough information for us to locate any relevant data, such as the email address you used to contact us.

We may need to verify your identity or your authority to make the request before acting on it, in order to protect your data. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request where applicable law allows, and we may ask the agent to provide proof of authorization.

We aim to acknowledge and respond to requests within a reasonable period, subject to verification and any legal or technical constraints. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Browser and device controls

Even though the public website does not track you, you can use general browser and device controls to manage your privacy, including:

Browser settings to manage or clear cookies and site data.
"Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser. Where required by applicable law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals if and when the Site processes data that those signals govern.
Operating-system privacy settings on your device, including advertising identifier and tracking controls, which apply to products distributed through app stores.

Product-specific choices

Individual products (games and applications) may collect more data than the public website and may offer additional choices. Where a product publishes its own privacy choices page or privacy policy, that product-specific document takes precedence for that product. Refer to the product's own privacy page for the choices that apply to it.
