This page explains how to delete data related to Example Game, a sample product published by JasonFurr.com. Example Game is built so that it does not collect personal data: it has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no servers that store information about you. As a result, in most cases there is nothing held by us to delete. This page nonetheless provides a clear deletion path and contact process, so the requirement for an app store data-deletion URL is fully satisfied.

What data exists

Because Example Game does not collect personal data, we do not hold any personal data about you on our side. The only data the game uses is gameplay data stored locally on your own device — for example, your current level, progress, and in-game settings. That local data:

• Stays on your device,
• Is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and
• Remains under your control at all times.

Delete local data on your device

You can remove all of the game's local data yourself, without contacting us:

• Uninstall the game. Removing Example Game from your device deletes its locally stored data along with the app, subject to your platform's behavior.
• Clear the app's data (Android). Open your device Settings, go to Apps, select Example Game, and choose Storage, then Clear storage or Clear data.
• Offload or delete the app (iOS). Open Settings, go to General, then iPhone/iPad Storage, select Example Game, and choose to delete the app. Deleting the app removes its local data.

How to request deletion from us

Even though we do not collect personal data, you may submit a deletion request and we will confirm in writing what (if anything) we hold about you. To submit a request:

1. Email privacy@jasonfurr.com.
2. Use a subject line such as "Example Game data deletion request."
3. Reference the product name "Example Game."
4. Include any identifier you believe may be associated with your data (for example, a support ticket reference). Do not send sensitive information that is not necessary for the request.

What we do with your request

When we receive a request, we will:

1. Acknowledge receipt within a reasonable time.
2. Search for any data associated with the information you provided.
3. Confirm to you that Example Game does not collect personal data and that we hold nothing to delete, or — if any record unexpectedly exists, such as an email you sent to support — delete that record except where we are required to retain it by law.
4. Confirm completion in writing.

We do not charge a fee to process a deletion request. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before acting on it.

Account deletion

Example Game does not offer accounts or sign-in, so there is no account to delete. If a future version adds accounts, this page and the Example Game Privacy Policy will be updated to describe account deletion before that version is released.
